Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for canceling Experiences and Accommodations. Please read the conditions below carefully before making your reservation.
Experiences
For Experiences, we apply the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the experience: The customer will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be issued.
No-Show (Não Comparência): Caso o cliente não compareça na data e hora marcada, não será emitido reembolso.
Accommodations
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the length of the stay:
Short Stays (less than 28 nights)
We apply the following policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: The guest will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made less than 30 days in advance: No refund will be issued.
No-Show (Não Comparência): Em caso de não comparência, o valor total da reserva será cobrado.
Long Stays (28 nights or more)
We apply the following policy:
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in: The guest will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made after 48 hours of booking or less than 28 days in advance: The first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
No-Show (Não Comparência): O valor dos primeiros 30 dias será cobrado integralmente.
